The house is organized around two double-height programmatic volumes that layer the home from the street, establishing a clear spatial and urban hierarchy. The forward volume accommodates secondary and support spaces, forming a protective threshold to the street, while the primary living volume is set behind and reserved for the most occupied and expressive program. A glazed circulation spine connects the two masses, acting as a spatial zipper that frames moments of compression and release as one moves through the house.

Rather than orienting the volumes directly toward the view, they are aligned parallel to it, using their length to buffer the home from the street while maximizing uninterrupted sightlines for the primary spaces. This strategy extends the experience of the landscape and breaks down the perceived mass of the building, allowing it to read as a sequence of calibrated forms rather than a singular object.
