Living spaces occupies the top floor, above bedroom and recreation levels, and the garage, entry level at the base level. While 4 stories for a home is not allowed for a home under either the Zoning or Building Codes, we bypassed these regulations by creating a 2 storey Garage with suite above accessory Building, serving as a Firefighting platform for a 2 storey house above The top floor Living spaces are complete open and flow seamlessly to outdoor living terraces and spa. All living spaces enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley. Dramatic living space feature vaulted and beamed ceilings, anchored by a granite fireplace. Large skylights heighten the drama of the Kitchen, and open views to the Treetops of the forest environment above the property. The Building is serviced by an elegant steel and timber stair as well as a high speed elevator.
