The client for this contemporary project desired one-level living within a tranquil garden oasis. Divided into two separate wings – living and bedroom – the home is unified by a glass bridge floating over a beautifully landscaped dry stream. Soaring ceilings in the light-filled living space, and the use of materials such as zinc and concrete, combine to create a modern, airy residence for an appreciative client.
