The architecture is inspired by the organic lines of racing cars, which are reflected in both curving plan shapes and undulating roof forms. Planning for the home reflects elevated living spaces which enjoy panoramic views under curving roofs, and are grounded to a rear Garden. The lower level contains recreation spaces which flow out to lower gardens and a promontory lap pool along the street frontage. The lower level also includes entry access and parking – where select vehicles are on display to living spaces.
Organic roof and plan form create an sensual flow of space across the breadth of the property. Crafted using steel and concrete construction, Formula One Modern is clad with high quality materials from Jura Beige Limestone to ACM aluminium panels.
