“I am all that I grok.” – Robert A. Heinlein, Stranger in a Strange Land
Dana joined LAI in May 2016 as office chief and general “wrangler.” She is the first point of contact many people have with the firm, and as such is a key part of the team. In addition to providing office support to the Principal and staff at LAI, Dana is appreciated for her astute sense of observation; the keen sense of social grace she demonstrates in making our clients feel at ease and cared for; and the impact she has on office morale with her amazing sense of humour.
New to the architectural industry, Dana’s varied and interesting life experiences include studies in geology and accounting, as well as being a dual Canadian/U.S. citizen and a mother of two. When she is not running around the office, she likes to literally run around, having recently taken up training for mid- and long-distance running.
