16,000 sf Completed in 2010
This grand residence represents Italianate architecture from its overall concept down to the smallest aesthetic detail. Soaring double-height ceilings, rich wood paneling details, and custom furniture characterize the interiors, while at the exterior rusticated stone cladding is punctuated by Juliet balconies at the bedrooms. The generous garden features four outdoor firepits, multiple water features, and private pathways alongside two creeks remediated for fish spawning. Features such as a custom wine cellar, outdoor pizza oven pavilion, and bocce courts nod further to the Italian character and enhance the luxurious nature of this project.
